Inspired by the nostalgia of going back to school, Athena's 2024 All Staff invited employees to come together for a one day event that celebrated the company, teams, and individuals.

Celebrating a year for the books and peeking into what's next.
Athena's Biggest Internal Event Yet
Hosting their first ever off-site all staff meeting, Athena requires an event as big as their 2024 year. Turning to the historic Bok building, a school turned work space for creatives and small businesses, it's the perfect location for such a memorable event.
The Need
Rallying together.
The goal: to honor the history of the company while exciting employees for the next big chapter of the future. Putting a fun spin on the newly refreshed brand, this marked Athena's biggest internal event yet, requiring an experience to reflect such a time.
The Solution
Class is in session.
Leaning into the school gymnasium aspect and focusing on what made the year so monumental for Athena, the employees, a yearbook signing party became the obvious theme for this occasion.
The Delivery
Showing off school spirit.
In creating photo layouts, hand-drawn illustrations, class superlatives, and pep rally items, Athena's 2024 All Staff transforms into the nostalgic moments from high school that every employee remembers fondly.
